Disability Ministry

   Disability Ministry

“Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor; the crippled, the blind and the lame.''...'Go out to the roads and country lanes and make them come in, so that my house will be full.” (Luke14:21-24)

Introduction:

Numerous people with hearing, visual, learning, mental, or physical disabilities face significant complexities when it comes to hearing and/or responding to God's Word. Attending church or fellowshipping with other Christians may also be a challenge. We, at The First Church of Seventh-day Adventists, feel it our duty to incorporate people with disabilities into our church life and provide them with opportunities to actively serve God. By doing so, the church is greatly strengthened as they are given the same opportunities to serve God and use their gifts and talents for His glorification.
